This issue is that people in general rather sides with someone of lighter complexion(What).This issue is still going one in current days(When).It seems that the close your complexion is to white the better you are preferred(Why).

Students that want a further education is the (Who).The facts of how well one did in high school can play a factor of what kind on future education is picked.
