Research question: what is the relationship between the actions of the Klu
Klux Klan ad the definition of xenophobia?
My argument for this is that maybe the people that where involved with the
Klu Klux Klan suffered from the illness xenophobia. I feel like that is
why the members of this group had acted the way that they did towards the
African Americans. The fear that they had towards this group shows why they
felt they had to do the action of trying to eliminate the different
culture/race out of fear. The other sources that I think would be useful in my
research are a lot of scholarly journals that touch on the subject of
the Klu Klux Klan and the behavior that they show throughout the years. I
also think reference material of the xenophobia and the actions that
people take will give me a better insight and a better support system to my
argument. I feel like all my information has to come from that have been
surfaced for years because I’m dealing with something that happens many years
ago. The research has to very knowledgeable. So scholarly journals, reference materials,
books and government paper work is the only thing that I feel will help me out.
Others like television newspapers and magazines will not be useful to me.
